How much is shipping?

Shipping fees are determined based on the perishability of the product(s) in your order. Shipping fees do not include surcharges that may apply to some items and/or orders. 

Non-perishable Shelf-stable Item(s)

• Free Standard Shipping: For orders of non-perishable item(s) over $69, excluding tax, shipping is free*. All orders of non-perishable item(s) will be shipped between Monday to Thursday for Standard Shipping. Orders of non-perishable item(s) will be processed in 24 hours between Sunday and Thursday.

• $6.99 Flat-rate Standard Shipping Charge: For orders of non-perishable item(s) under $69, excluding tax, there will be a $6.99 flat-rate shipping charge. All orders of non-perishable item(s) will be shipped between Monday to Thursday for Standard Shipping. Orders of non-perishable item(s) will be processed in 24 hours between Sunday and Thursday.

• 2-Day Express Shipping: 2-day express shipping charge will be calculated at checkout based on carrier real-time charge. All orders of non-perishable item(s) will be shipped between Monday to Wednesday for 2-Day Shipping. Orders placed by 1 PM EST will be processed on the same day.
• Overnight Express Shipping: Overnight express shipping charge will be calculated at checkout based on carrier real-time charge. All orders of non-perishable item(s) will be shipped between Monday to Thursday for Overnight Shipping. Orders placed by 1 PM EST will be processed on the same day.

Orders of perishable item(s) placed by 1 PM EST will be processed on the same day. 

In the instance when orders containing non-perishable and perishable item(s), the perishable item(s) will be shipped via express, and the non-perishable item(s) will be shipped via standard shipping.

Please note: We are not responsible for products that spoil due to: packages left at the door for extended periods of time, packages sent back to freight location because nobody was available to sign for them, or delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We also can not be responsible for an item you return that never arrives to us or arrives damaged, so please make sure you insure any returned packages.
